Mentorship Ministry

P & T Factor (Student Meets One-On-One with Mentor Weekly)
P & T stands for Paul and Timothy.  Paul mentored and discipled his young apprentice, and as a result of the time that Paul spent with him, Timothy became one of the most influential young leaders of the New Testament church.  At BCM, we would like to preserve this model of mentorship and provide students that have a solid understanding in basic biblical doctrines the opportunity to be mentored by an older disciple of Christ.  The intention of P & T Factor is to equip the younger follower of Christ with a stronger foundation in biblical doctrines such as the authority of Scripture, the Trinity, the person/work of Jesus Christ, and the evangelistic mission of the church.  As a result, the mentored student will then mentor a younger believer and so on and so forth.  A young man will be mentored by an older adult male.  A young woman will be mentored by an older adult female.
