More BCM Info

We believe the God of Holy Scripture, the Bible, created humanity for relationship; and that as His creatures, our highest goal and purpose in life is to magnify and glorify Him only through this personal relationship.  First and foremost, we are a group that is relationally focused on knowing, experiencing, and serving the Triune God of the universe.  Secondly, we are a group that is relationally focused on gathering with other sold-out followers of Christ for Bible study, fellowship, and outreach to the UNR and TMCC campuses, Reno community, and churches that uphold the authority of Scripture.  Lastly, BCM is a group that is relationally focused on those who have not surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ. More than anything, we are a group of Believers that believes that true faith is exercised by sharing personal testimony of how Jesus Christ has radically changed our lives.

Not long ago, a musician wisely alleged that “love isn’t love, until you give it away.” At BCM, we do not stingily hold onto the life changing knowledge that is only found in a relationship with Christ. Our objective is to give it away to all who seek it. Indeed, as we understand biblical teaching, the most loving thing we can do is to tell someone about Jesus Christ and how He alone can transform their life.

You may find yourself seeking to fill the void in your life with stuff of this world that can only be filled through a relationship with Jesus Christ. If so, we encourage you to click on this link (
www.thekristo.com or www.mostimportantthing.com) and read more about what it means to become a follower of Jesus Christ. BCM, moreover, offers a multitude of outlets to help you understand and experience that Jesus Christ truly is the “the Way, the Truth, and the Life” (John 14:6). We invite you to read about the BCM activities available; and, please know that you are always welcome to join us at any or all of the diverse spiritual growth opportunities we offer.

Finally, with that said, let it be known that BCM cannot offer anything in and of itself that is worth your while. To be sure, it is only because this very real, personal, relational, and missiological God is at the very center of our activities, service, and worship that you have the opportunity to enrich your life and find the meaning and purpose that all of humanity longs for. We look forward to seeing you soon!
